-Drain ice, clean and sanitize fully
- wiping cloths to be kept in a sanitizer not in water??
-Install a splash guard or move all items away from hand washing sink

Corrective Action(s): - Full assessment by a professional pest control to be done to identify all point of entry and address them - have a signed contract with pest control minimum once per month at this time
-Clean all dropping and put monitoring devices ( sticky traps, snap traps)
