Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Right side of display cooler is measured to be 5.6 deg.C (air temperature) in the beginning of visit. Temperature of cooler is slowly coming down (3.9 deg.C); however, staff indicated technician was contacted due to leaky water at 10am (time of visit 3pm). Food temperature is measured to be 6.4 deg.C (burrito). Temperature log is not checked today. Discard all potentially hazardous food in the cooler. Thermometer in cooler indicated temperature of 12.4 deg.C.
