Observation: Sink plugs are not tight-fitting .
You need to have tight-fitting sink plugs for your two-compartment sink. There are some plugs on site, but not very good.

Observation: 1) Floor tiles are damaged in kitchen - central area. Repair.
2) Baseboards coming away from walls. Repair.
3) Wall behind dish washer covered in small metal plates with exposed screws and duct tape require re finishing to a smooth, washable finish.
4) Holes in steel next to 2 comp sink should be smoothly covered & sealed.
Must be smooth, washable, durable finish.

Comments

1) Ensure that you have a garbage can very close to every hand sink .
2) Dishwasher (high-temp) reached 75 Degrees Celsius at plate level. good.
3) No sign of pests.
4) Bleach will be used for environmental sanitizing. Use ONLY unscented bleach. Plain bleach, no fibre-guard or other added chemicals. Use 1 tsp per liter of water.
5) All fridges were < 4 Degrees Celsius.
6) Overall quite clean.
7) Hand sinks are stocked & working.

Note - only limited boiling/vapor production is allowed.
No grease-laden vapors are allowed to be produced .
No raw meats allowed on site.
