Health Approval to open provided for sandwiches & soups based on the following conditions:

1.Sandwiches & soup preparation & display area is separated from meat processing area. You must not use the front area walk-in cooler for storing any raw meat or raw meat products.
2. All sandwich condiments (tomatoes, lettuce) must be purchased pre-washed & pre-cut due to lack of prep sink in the sandwich area.
3. Soups must be purchased frozen (as proposed), heated & hot held. No thawing allowed. Leftovers to be discarded at the end of day. No large scale cooking allowed.
4. All sandwiches must be pre-made & packaged for display as proposed. Sandwiches cannot be made to order.
5. As discussed no cooking, baking or preparing borsht, cabbage rolls, stews etc. Back area must be for raw meat processing only.
6. All raw meats are to be packages for display at the retail area. Self-serve coolers. Dispensing of raw/marinated meats not allowed at the Deli area. The front Deli area display coolers are only for sandwiches & deli meats/sausages that are ready to eat.

Operator will be looking into purchasing cabbage rolls from an approved facility for sale at this location.
