Introduction
At the inspection dated March 08, 2021 there were 7 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection and the risk assessment were written off site and a copy was provided to the facility.

Comments
The following discussion was had with the Manager (Maria Meng):
ยท The shelves in the art room have some boxes stored on higher shelves. Discussed with the licensee a few different ways to secure the boxes in place.
* Licensee has individual tables; one for each child. Discussed rounding the edges of the table more than what they have already done as they still feel sharp to the touch
