Observation:
The 2-comp sink in the back has a leaking drain pipe. Staff have been instructed to only use one of the sink basins due to the leak. This is not adequate for proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair the leaking pipe so that it doesn't leak and proper cleaning of equipment can occur, as staff are able to use both basin for washing and sanitizing.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -20C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- No expired food for sale or in used. FIFO rules followed.
- Foods stored away from non-foods (automotive fluids) and off the floor on shelves or platforms.
