General Observations:
Upright kitchen cooler temperature was 4 degC
Upright kitchen freezer temperature was -14 degC; foods in the freezer were frozen to the touch.
Hand sink was fully equipped. REFILL SOAP DISPENSER AT THE ISLAND SINK.
200ppm chlorine was available for use
Dishwasher rinse was 77 degC at the plate level
Orkin pest control is on a monthly contract. Last service report was for September 27th. No issues noted.
The Chef had FS level 1 certification
Caulking along the 2-compartment sink had been replaced.
