Plexi-glass barrier provided between dishwasher & food prop sink.
- The operator has FoodSafe 1 certificate.
- Food Safety & Sanitation Plan submitted.

- Liquid soap & paper towels available at the hand sink.
- Dishwasher reached 71.6°C at plate surface during final rinse.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle tested 200 ppm.

- All equipment/surfaces have been cleaned & sanitized.
