Food get delivered, ready to serve and served twice a month. - Hand washing station supplied with soap and single use paper towels. - Bleach-water solution 100 ppm provided as sanitizer in spray bottles. - Residential dish washer is in good working condition at this date. - Kitchen is well lit - 2-comp sink maintained. - General sanitation is satisfactory. Wiping cloths get washed and dried on site. Laundry Procedure checked and discussed with staff No sign of pest noted at this date.
