Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink next to the till observed to lack paper towel and liquid soap. Staff informed that she washed her hands with soap detergent which is located near the glasswasher which is away from the handwashing sink and to dry her hands with cloth towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwashing sink is well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Ensure liquid soap dispenser and paper towel (with paper towel holder) are near the handwashing sink. Temporary place liquid detergent bottle and paper towel at the handwashing sink until dispser and holder can be placed there to hold alltillary supplies for handwashing.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. Glasswasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine solution final rinse.
Coolers measured at 4C or lower.
Fountain nozzles in sanitary condition.
Ice bin in sanitary condition. Ice scoop observed to stored outside of ice bin.

Overall, facility is well organized.
