Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. 3-compartment sink in use. Chlorine in use at 200 ppm in spray bottles. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Holding units: Coolers are 4C and below. Stand up freezers at -18C and below. Front display hot holding unit pizza at 71C. Recommendation: Move portable ice machine maker a little further away from open sink/water source to prevent contamination and electrical hazards with spilt water.
