Observation: 1. Hose used for spraying fresh produce found be be deteriorating and covered with slime.
2. Several sections of the refrigerated produce storage shelves found be rusted that could lead to metal flakes chipping off in produce stored below.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace the water spraying hose ASAP.
2. Replace or resurface the rusted shelves.
3. Address the issue of spray nozzles spraying water on tubelights in produce storage areas ( ASAP)

Observation: Alterations were done to the refrigerated fruit prep and packaging room to make room for E-commerce operation. Both the hand sink and wash sink were removed.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Hand wash station must be available inside the ready to eat fruit/veggies packaging/prep area.Similarly, a wash sink must be available to wash equipment and/or produce as needed. ( ASAP).
2. This section must be reverted back to as per orginally approved. If other merchandize ( bins for delivery orders) are to be stored, these items must be kept to a minimum and on a separate designated shelf. Ensure that no raw meats/poultry or seafood etc is stored in this section to prevent chances of cross contamination and allergens.( ASAP).

Observation: Several cardboard boxes and other items not required for produce handling were found stored near the produce wash sink located in the back storage.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to remove all unnecessary items (cardboard boxes, filte and other items) to declutter the area.
Ensure all washed and cut watermelons and other fruits are stored on clean stainless steel pans instead of directly storing them on painted metal cart.(ASAP).

* Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested approx. 400 ppm. Adjust the quats strength to 200 ppm.
* Clean the air flow grates in island coolers/freezers to remove dust build up.
