Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Freezers -19C and thermometers present.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; and stored 6" off the floor.
- General sanitation level is good, improvement needed in the mentioned areas.
- No signs of pests. Reviewed the monthly pest reports, all in order.
- The floor has been resurfaces and sealed. It is durable, smooth, sealed, and cleanable.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- Bleach used as sanitizer.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
