Routine inspection conducted today:
All Handwash stations, including the staff restrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
All wall mounted QUAT dispensers were noted with 200 ppm QUAT. All QUAT spray bottles were detected with 200 ppm QUAT.
QUAT test strips available.
Bakery department's high temperature dish machine was able to reach 76.6C at the plate level (187F at the manifold) during the rinse cycle.
Overall sanitation and organization is satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Note: Facility has a pest contractor that comes in 3 times a week for inspection.

Note: Minor cleanliness issue noted on the ceiling in the dairy walk-in cooler. Please address.
