Comments

=Handwash station stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Prep cooler (2C), small 1 door cooler (3C), and sliding door cooler (4C) measured < 4 degrees C. Upright freezer measured-18 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 70.8 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Wiping cloths stored in bleach sanitizer solution at 100 ppm chlorine and available in spray bottles
=some fly activity in the kitchen room. clean this area on a more frequent basis and ensure that standing water is removed frequently.
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; discussed FOODSAFE expiry date.
=Permit posted in a conspicuous location

note: operator has added seating to back area, total seating approximated to be ~50 seats. Operator has also added grilled cheese to their special event menu. Production of grease laden vapors not permitted at this location. operator must contact district inspector to discuss process further before proceeding with offering grilled cheese.
