Observation: Mouse droppings observed again in back dishwashing/equipment storage area along walls, in corners, and underneath equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and sanitize floors with bleach solution. Monitor for new droppings daily and clean and sanitize as necessary.
Seal off any possible pest entry points/door gaps and ensure to keep all doors closed at all times.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize under equipment (ensure to pull out equipment so hard to reach areas can be cleaned) at least once a week to prevent accumulation.

Comments

- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- High temperature dishwasher reached above 71C at plate surface level during rinse cycle
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the floor in pest proof containers
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm
- No rodent droppings were seen on food contact surfaces.
