Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement;Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Records kept on a daily basis.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles and at the automated dispenser for manual dishwashing.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. Walk-in cooler maintain in sanitary condition.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
NOTE: Floor underneath/sides of oven should be cleaned on a more regular basis.
