Follow-up Inspection to Report #254908. The following has been addressed: 1) Fryer station drained and not currently in use. Technician has been on-site and is waiting on a part to fix the broken valve. Operator to send e-mail to inspector once fryers have been fixed. 2) All foods observed to be covered and stored off the ground. 3) Nail on ice machine door secured. 4) Ice scoop stored on designated rack beside ice machine. 5) Sanitation has improved. Operator hired professional cleaner to regularly clean and sanitize hard to reach areas. 6) Vent above grill station was cleaned and is no longer dripping. 7) Hand sink in the beverage station now used strictly for hand washing only. Hand washing station stocked with hot / cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Operator paid permit fee of $50.00 with cheque during the inspection. Health Approval granted to operate. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other agencies.
