Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot/cold running water.
Coolers temperature <= 4.0 C;
Chest freezer is not in use at the time of inspection/no food.
Small white domestic freezer - satisfactory.

Note: Two cold units are over stocked. More cold units are required.
Remember the approval is granted only: no heavy cooking (deep fry food must be purchased from an approved facility(s) and reheated on site/invoices must be available on site ; limited menu items only (mostly fresh food).
If you change menu items - it must be approved first; however, the kitchen cannot be used for the heavy cooking.
Be inform that an alteration/renovation for the kitchen must be approved first; and then, an construction should be taking place.
Please stop deep frying and cooking so much food.

Note: Front steam table and hot holding unit - not in use turned off at the time of inspection.
