Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The stand up cooler had an ambient temperature of 6 C. Monitor so that it can maintain a temperature of 1-4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests at the time of the inspection.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
