Observation: Ice machine still not properly cleaned as mould still present on top side where ice is made.
Corrective Action(s): Properly clean and sanitize the ice machine

Observation: Dispenser at 3 compartment sink still not repaired.
Corrective Action(s): This was to have been repaired on August 27. Premises states now it wont be repaired until Sept 3. Staff to continue to add by hand and use quat test strips to verify concentration.

Observation: Small cover plate to grease trap still not replaced. A piece of plastic has been used to block the hole.
Corrective Action(s): Replace cover. Most plumbing supply stores will carry this cover plate.
