Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a staff washing their hands with single use gloves on. Education provided on hand washing. Do not wash your hands with gloves on. Take off your gloves, wash and dry hands then use a new pair of gloves.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
All coolers measured at 4C or less (internal temperature of soaked noodle in the noodle bar cooler was measured at 4C or less).
Freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding measured >60C or higher.
Cooking of chicken observed. Internal temperature measured >74C.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured in between 100-200 ppm chlorine.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 73.5C at the plate level.
Ice machine currently not in use.
