- Handsinks are accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels to facilitate handwashing. - Staff washroom sink equipped to facilitate handwashing. - Front under counter double door glass cooler: 1C - Front under counter double door cooler: 4C - Front under counter single door freezer: -18C - Back upright double door cooler: 2C - Back upright double door freezer: -18C - Back under counter double door cooler: 1C ** Front prep cooler (used for condiments) not turned on and not in use. - Operator advised that unit is scheduled for service. - Ensure that unit is not used until it can maintain temperature ≤4C - Each cooler and freezer has a thermometer. - Ice machine, ice cream machine, and slush machine have been cleaned and sanitized. - Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 ppm chlorine at the plate surface. Chlorine test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration. - 200 ppm QUATS available from dispenser. **Obtain QUATS test strips so that sanitizer concentration can be verified. - 3-Compartment sink has drain plugs to facilitate manual warewashing. - General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory. - No pest activity noted at time of inspection. - Monthly pest control services provided by a pest control management company. - Permit to Operate displayed. - Health Approval to operate for Summer 2023 season granted. ***Flooring has some worn sections - flooring top layer will need to be replaced b the next 2-3 seasons.
