Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher achieved less than minimum level of chlorine after final rinse. It was observed that the dishwasher was connected to a sanitizer that had been dissipated over time. New sanitizer was connected and after priming, >50ppm chlorine was detected at plate level after final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the sanitize level checked on a regular basis as discussed at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
NOTE: Ensure to have the rice cooker on prior to storing reheated rice in the unit.
NOTE: Ensure to have the rice scoop stored in ice water as agreed at this time.
- Food storage practice satisfactory.
- General sanitation level satisfactory.
