Observation: 1) Organize those items not needed for everyday use. Many items not currently in use and could be better organized.
2) Floor needs cleaning in hard to reach areas. Janitorial staff need to clean under equipment in hard to reach areas - this has been discussed at different sites around BCIT. Janitorial staff are currently not cleaning adequately under equipment. This needs to be addressed at Manager level.

- Proper cooling methods observed for previously cooked food items – Excellent work!
