-Handwashing station is equipped with hot & cold running water and liquid soap and paper towels
-3 compartment sink available for manual warewashing - manual warewashing procedures are satisfactory
-Spray bottle and container at front registered at 100-200ppm
-Upright cooler at 3C- Preparation cooler at 0C
-Under preparation cooler at 1C
-Upright freezer at -30C
-Pearls are stored at room temperature and discarded after 2 hours
-No signs of pest observed
-Temperature logs are maintained
-Ice machine is clean and ice scoop stored properly
-Permit is posted
Note:
Ice cream freezer and dipper well not in use. Ensure dipper well is working properly and freezer can maintain temperature at -18C or below before using it.
