New owner has taken over. Documentation submitted. Still non-permitted food stores Prepackaged food items, coffee, slushie, sandwiches (from approved supplier). Walk in cooler registered at 4 C. Freezers were at -18 C. Ice comps packaged from supplier. Ice from ice machine not used other than keeping packaged beverages cold. Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) was > 200 ppm. More chemical (sanitizer) to be available. Washroom was clean and sanitary facilities available Authorized to operate as Food Store.
