This is a follow up to the inspection conducted on July 12 2017. Please carry out the following instructions:

-Thoroughly clean the floors under and behind shelving units and equipment in kitchen to remove droppings, sanitize after with bleach solution (one teaspoon per litre).
-Clean and sanitize dry storage shelves in kitchen, remove food debris so rodents have nothing to eat.
-All food not kept in the cooler should be placed in a sealed container to prevent spillage.
-Mop up any water puddles in the kitchen (especially under the grill) to deny rodents any water source.
-Place more sticky traps along problem walls.
-Check under all doors, ensure there is weather stripping on the bottom so rodents can't get in.
-Check outside of building, look for any holes and or cracks where rodents could get in, seal these if found.
-Have your pest control company perform a full assessment of your facility.

Improvement in sanitation noted, as well as the amount of traps placed.

Follow-up to be conducted on the morning of July 25 2017. Please have the above items completed by then.
