Observation: * Ice machine had mold along the filter area that requires more frequent sanitation and maintenance; also, some food equipment found stored on staff table and filing cabinet and this is unsanitary practise; also, some single use containers were found on shelf not in proper sanitary condition and had to be discarded-- these should be stored in original bag or box and maintained in sanitary condition; jug found in one hand sink and this is unacceptable as hand sinks are for hand washing only
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL food equipment and single use containers stored properly in sanitary condition and protected from contamination; also, ice machine must be properly cleaned/sanitized regularly to prevent build up of grime/mold, etc.; do not store anything in hand sinks

* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration in buckets to store wiping rags
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder; monitor the sandwich condiment cooler (unit below) to maintain proper temperatures
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Hot-holding units were 60'C/140'F or hotter
* Note: Ice machine had build up of grime/debris inside and requires more frequent cleaning/sanitation
* Note: cleaning to be done through out to remove build up of grime/debris
* Note: hand sinks must be free of food equipment
* Note: reorganize food equipment shelf-- keeping all equipment stored there
