Observation:
Extensive cleaning is required throughout the facility, especially:
- within the prep cooler (food debris observed within, old empty styrofoam containers found)
- within the walk-in cooler (on and under the shelves, on the walls by the fan, the plastic flaps, the metal shelf)
- the exhaust fan by the pizza cooler
Corrective Action(s): All cleaning must be done by the follow-up inspection.

Observation: Hobart mixer has been repainted with spray paint and is flaking in some spots.
Corrective Action(s): Re-paint mixer with a suitable paint.

Observation: Operator does not have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): The operator must have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent. Either email a copy of your valid certificate to the inspector or take and pass the course by February 28, 2019. Failure to obtain FOODSAFE Level 1 by the noted date will result in further enforcement action such as a violation ticket.

502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
Observation: No staff member at the time of inspection has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): At least one employee on each shift must have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent. Either email a copy of a valid certificate to the inspector, or take the course by February 28, 2019. This is a repeat violation.
