-Door handles of coolers and freezers have been cleaned. All food debris have been reviewed and they are kept in a sanitary condition.
-Ventilation baffles have been deep cleaned - no build-up of grease. Due for maintenance cleaning in July 2021. Ensure ventilation baffles are cleaned between maintenance cleaning to prevent grease build-up.

-Chest freezer measured at -18C.
