follow-up inspection conducted. Observed during inspection: Code 306 (corrected) -Door handles of coolers and freezers have been cleaned. All food debris have been reviewed and they are kept in a sanitary condition. -Ventilation baffles have been deep cleaned - no build-up of grease. Due for maintenance cleaning in July 2021. Ensure ventilation baffles are cleaned between maintenance cleaning to prevent grease build-up. Code 308 (corrected) -Seals on chest freezer have been replaced and are now in good working order. -Chest freezer measured at -18C. Other: -Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized - in good sanitary condition. -Ensure ice machine is cleaned frequently to prevent mold build-up.
