Corrective Action(s): Ensure all dishes and food contact surfaces are sanitized with 100-200 ppm bleach solution.
Use 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water.
Staff made a solution at the time of inspection.
Follow the dishwashing poster provided when using a 2 compartment sink for dishwashing.

Observation: 1. Establishment not kept in a clean condition. Food spills everywhere and garbage bins overflowing.
2. Foul odour near the dishwasher and sinks
Corrective Action(s): 1. Deep clean entire establishment so that all food contact surfaces, shelves, walls and floors are visibly clean. Start immediately.
2. Look into the source of the odour - remove overflowing garbage bins and service grease trap if needed.

Routine Inspection
Hand sink - ensure paper towel is stored beside sink.
Do not store ingredients that are used over and over again (ex. flour for covering chapati balls) in disposable take-out containers.
Reminder, all leftover canned food must be transferred to a food grade container.
All coolers (except 2 mini coolers) at 4 C or below.
