Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -container of fried noodles @ 40 deg. C cooling in back upright cooler. Noodles were prepared three hours ago as per food handler onsite.
Corrective Action(s): -Item noted above was discarded. Potentially hazardous foods (i.e. Fried noodles) must be cooled from 60 deg. C - 20 deg. C in 2 hrs & 20 deg. C - 4 deg. C in 4 hrs.
Cool down foods to 20 deg. C before placing in cooler. Place food item in ice water bath to quickly cool down foods.

Observation: Cooler in front storing tea contains buildup of ice. Temperature @ 11 deg. C. No perishables were stored during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): -repair/replace cooler. Do not store any perishables (i.e. eggs/milk) before temperature is <=4 deg. C. Defrost the cooler & verify temperature afterwards is 4 deg. C or less before needing to repair/replace.

-no evidence of pest noted during inspection
-handsink contains adequate supply of hot/cold water, soap, and paper towels
-bleach sanitizer bucket @ 200 ppm
-all coolers except the item noted above (<=4 deg. C)
-all freezers are -11 deg. C to -18 deg. C
-Dry storage area is satisfactory
*when using dishwasher, run a few empty cycles and ensure temperature reached 82 deg. C on the guage, then run plates through dishwasher.
