Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher had only 10ppm chlorine residual. Dishes have not been properly sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Operator will manually add bleach - add 2oz of bleach for a 50-100ppm residual. Dishwasher must be serviced asap.

Observation: Low temperature dishwasher is not dispensing enough chlorine for sanitizing. Air bubbles were seen in the dispensing line.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has already called for service. Sanitizer line must be able to dispense enough chlorine to measure 50-100ppm.
