Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tuna salad and cheese stored since store opened was stored at 13C. Other items including cut tomatoes and cream cheese were at 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Tuna salad and cheese discarded. Two hours max is time allowed for potentially hazardous food above 4C.

Observation: High temperature dishwasher reached 69.9C at plate after three tries.
Corrective Action(s): Staff was able to demonstrate proper warewashing method. See code 302. Premises is on single use service until dishwasher is repaired as verified by EHO.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen handsink was obstructed with an empty muffin tin and tray. Hot water valve was turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwash stations are accessible (nothing inside or blocking sink), equipped with hot, cold running water, soap and paper towel. Mount paper towel dispenser on wall or move it closer to back handwash station.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A couple of boxes of raw bagels stored on the floor of walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store all food 6 inches above the ground.

Observation: a) Sandwich cooler (top was between 4 and 13C when probed in various food items. b) High temperature dishwasher reached 69.9C at plate after three tries.
Corrective Action(s): a) Please service the unit so all food are able to store at 4C or colder. Always cover food when not in use and fill no more than three quarter high. b) Repair/replace high temperature dishwasher so that it is able to sanitize at least 71C at plate.
