Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs update to date of April 14 - good. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 3-compartment sink in use. Chlorine solution at 200 ppm and made on site by operator. -good. Note: be careful when pouring bleach into the water as it is corrosive on your hands. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Holding units: Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C and below. Hot holding display at 61C pizza. Recommendations: Mount for paper towel is broken at front unit next to the hot holding. Repair this unit and ensure all paper towel stations are refilled.
