Follow-up inspection conducted. The following was noted:

General sanitation in the kitchen area has improved
Ice machine is now in good sanitary condition. Reminder that this ice machine must be cleaned and sanitized on a routine basis to avoid to buildup of mildew residues
Bubble tea toppings no longer stored in opened cans - they are transferred to food-grade inserts
Sanitizer spray bottles present at front and back-of-house. These spray bottles were tested to have 200 ppm QUATS
General storage of products was satisfactory - raw food kept separate from cooked and ready-to-eat products
Chicken will now be defrosted in the fridge. If a quick thaw is needed, operator was advised that they can place frozen in a sealed bag and defrost in a container of cold water (changed every 30 minutes)
Gap at the back door area has been fixed
Door handles and the area underneath the dishpit has been cleaned. Some additional cleaning needs to occur underneath the cook line - to be done at end of day today
