Observation: 5 plates observed with food debris affixed.
Ice machine requires cleaning due to mould on topside and bottom side
Correction: Ensure dishwasher has been properly trained on how to prerinse and prescrape before going thru the dishwasher

Observation: Bar glasswasher was out of soap at time of inspection. Bar glasswasher sanitizer concentration too low at 10ppm
Correction: Glasswasher is closed.
Comments

Glasswasher repaired and now dispensing at 22ppm Iodine in final rinse. Glasswasher may reopen
Hot holding unit hot holding at >60c
Plates are clean.
Wiping cloths now observed in containers of sanitizer. Sanitizer tested at 200ppm quat.
Front bar handwash stations have paper towels in dispensers.
Ice machine (Top and bottom) have been cleaned
Spray bottles have been labelled to indicate they contain "Sanitizer"
