Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MUPN-AS8PBT of Oct-17-2017 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Upstairs dishwasher had no detectable chlorine residual. Under the sink where the chemical bottles for the dishwasher are stored showed that two rinse aid and one detergent were connected to the machine, no sanitizer.)
