Routine inspection completed due to ownership change: - Premises built as per floor plan (existing) - Hand sinks have running hot + cold water, liquid soap + paper towels. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [cl2] of 200ppm. - Low temp. dishwasher had 0ppm [cl2] during rinse cycle. Test strips present. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor. - Coolers 4C; freezers -16C or colder; and thermometers present. - FSP + SP approved. - Valid FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation is good. No signs of pests. - Off=site storage room (neighboring building) used for dry food storage, cooler + freezer. Space is pest proof. See floor plan. - All surfaces + equipment in good working order. ACTION 1) Install a paper towel dispenser on the wall adjacent to the handwashing sink. 2) Have the low temp. dishwasher serviced and fixed so the [cl2] is between 50-100ppm. 3) Pay the yearly permit fees with a cheque made out to "Fraser Health" in the amount $100.00. 4) A food items must be stored in covered, hard plastic containers in the off-site storage room. *Call our office to schedule a follow-up inspection* 604-949-7701
