Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] (No hot water at the handwashing sink in the back (in front of walk-in freezer).)
Comments

Hot water is available in the back handwashing station.
Cracked ramekins have been discarded and replaced with new ones.
Wiping cloth for steaming wand is stored in 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
Cleaning under boiler area is complete.
Discussed temperature records with staff onsite. Corrective actions should be taken if temperatures are incorrect and actions logged.
Back door is usually locked so screen door is not in use.
Owner will be recertifying Foodsafe, please e-mail me certificate when you pass the exam.
