Hand washing sinks have liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers and freezer temperatures are at 4 C and -18 C or colder respectively- good.
Hot holding is above 60 C.
Cooking/reheating to 74 C - good.
Quats sanitizer - 200ppm in spray bottle and 200ppm anitizing solution in buckets for wiping cloths.
Dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse (180 F measured at the gauge and 160 F measured inside of the machine) - good.
Premises is clean and well-organized.
Temperature records are being kept.
All staff are updating Food Safe Level 1 certificates if expired.
