Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of raw meat marinating in sauce was stored on the top shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all raw meats are stored below ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Container of raw meat was relocated at the time of inspection.

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
Comments

-Follow-up inspection to August 28, 2020.
-Kitchen prep cooler is no longer being used for storage of raw meats.
-Bleach sanitizer prepared in 3-compartment sink and spray bottle were at 200ppm.
-Did not observe foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Kimchi cooler has been relocated to the office area and cardboard lining has been removed.
-Cooler in the storage area has been relocated to the kitchen. Cooler was at 4C/-13C.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the facility and facility no longer has fly issues. Ensure facility is cleaned daily and is maintained in a sanitary condition.
-Facility has started temperature monitoring and records are being kept.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

-Workplace COVID-19 safety plan still needs to completed. Refer to WorkSafeBC for information on how to complete the safety plan.
