Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
Stand up cooler unit in the kitchen was at 3C and equipped with thermometer.
handwashing station satisfactory.
2 compartment sink for dishwasher and 2 compartment prep-sink were satisfactory
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 74C at plate level.
General sanitation satisfactory.
Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was at 100ppm.
Dry food storage area was well maintained.
3 freezer units located in the basement were at -18C.
