Staff acquired regular bleach at time of inspection
EHO showed how to mix 100ppm chlorine - food grade sanitizer
Mix 1 Litre of water with 5ml (1tsp) of bleach. Put in a clean, labeled spray bottle and use for sanitizing high contact surfaces
Any food contact surfaces (like slurpee machine components) are to be washed with soap and water, rinsed off, then soaked in this chlorine sanitizer for 2min. To make a soak, use 1 tablespoon of bleach for every 1 gallon of water.
