Routine inspection conducted:

Facility opens after 3:30pm.

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Temperatures met requirement of Health.
- Hot-holding unit not in use at the time of the inspection.
- 2 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available in a labelled spray bottle. NOTE: Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare the correct concentration. Test strips provided.
- Food storage practice satisfactory. No concerns observed.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
NOTE: Ensure to have the backdoor closed when in operation to prevent entrance of pest as discussed at this time.

General sanitation level of the facility satisfactory throughout.
