Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted Stand up cooler at 4C. Chest freezer at -18C. Soup dinner was being prepared at the time of inspection. Once the soup is fully cooked, it will be kept hot, and served during the dinner service at 5pm. No leftover food products are kept. General cleaning satisfactory. No pest noted. Chlorine sanitizer available and concentration was at 100ppm. Food items properly covered within cooler unit and equipped with thermometer.
