| On June 4, 2020, Licensing received a complaint regarding Care and Supervision. The complainants provided the following information: · A child was hurt by a staff member · A child is being bullied by a staff member All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observation. Licensing determined the following contravention related to Behavioural Guidance and Care Plan: · Section 52(1)(b) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) – Harmful Actions not Permitted · Section 58 (1)(b) of the CCLR – Care Plan |
