Corrective Action(s): As per routine inspection# YTAN-C5ATU4, "any changes to facility layout must first be approved by Fraser Health. Submit a floor plan drawing of current layout and any additional proposed changes." Issue to be corrected by: August 22, 2022. Violation Score: 5

Updated floor plan pending from operator (see violation cited above). Updated floor plan was first requested on July 26, 2021 when the routine inspection was completed (inspection report# YTAN-C5ATU4). No updated floor plan was received. This was reviewed and reminded again during the follow-up inspection conducted on August 4, 2022 (inspection report# KLAI-CGYQF7). Upon the second follow-up inspection conducted on August 10, 2022 (inspection report# KLAI-CH6TPE), the updated floor plan has still not been received. Gave operator one more week (until August 17, 2022) to submit the updated floor plan. On August 17, 2022, district Health Inspector called the facility and spoke to the supervisor to remind the operator to send in the updated floor plan by the end of the day. On August 18, 2022, updated floor plan still not received. Correction order issued due to operator's non-compliance. Please submit the updated floor plan within the next 2 business days. Continued non-compliance may result in increase enforcement actions.
