**Recommend purchasing a peak holding thermometer as discussed to accurately measure and record in your daily log the final rinse temperature and to ensure a minimum of 71c at plate level is being achieved during final rinse.
Dishwasher tested at 76c (at plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
